Advices 

Synastol TC is almost water soluble; therefore, it  should be solubilized in water at 45-50ºC with slight  mixing prior to adding to the formulation. 

It is  important to preheat water before mixing in TC to  maximize solubility and should be added post emulsion at 40-45 ºC. 

Synastol TC can provide a light yellowish color which  remains stable over time. 

If needed, low levels (0.1- 0.2%) of propyl gallate can be used to minimize color  shift for long term stability.  

Airless/opaque packaging is recommended to protect  product integrity and stability over time and prolonged  exposure to hear/light must be avoided 

Finished product must be acidic:  pH<6.0 is recommended. 

A pH below 5.5 is  recommended when potassium sorbate or sodium  benzoate is used as preservatives.
